16’10 Huron – recurved ends

Category:

This is our standard Huron which the ends has been rolled up to give it a more elegant and stylish look. It therefore has the same characteristics of capacity and versatility, allowing any type of paddler to enjoy a truly exceptional outing on the water. By observing it, some will find there the look of old Native American type canoes. Like most of our models, this canoe is constructed from red cedar. The interior skeleton is white cedar, the gunwales are ash and the parts are made of mahogany. Our seats are woven with rawhide in the traditional way. The hull is covered with a fiberglass fabric and an epoxy coating, all coated with marine varnish with protection against ultraviolet rays.
